Palace to DOH: Fast-track medical aid for indigents

MANILA, Philippines — Malacañang has ordered the Department of Health (DOH) to fast-track the processing of legitimate claims under its Medical Assistance to Indigent and Financially Incapacitated Patients (Maifip) program, following complaints of delays that have left some patients waiting months for financial support.
