Central Visayas workers to get P42 daily wage hike by October

MANILA, Philippines – Private sector workers in Central Visayas will receive a P42 increase in their daily minimum wage starting Oct. 14, according to the Department of Labor and Employment. Under the new rates, the daily minimum wage will increase to P582 (from P540) for Class A areas and P542 (from P500)  for Class B
