MABALACAT CITY, Pampanga — A 26-year-old man was arrested after claiming a parcel containing ketamine worth P18.725 million at the Port of Clark inside the Clark Freeport Zone on Tuesday, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) said. The suspect, a resident of Rodriguez, Rizal, was arrested at 12:20 p.m., according to a report from PDEA
