MARIVELES, Bataan – Mariveles’ agriculture office is investigating an oil spill reported by fishermen in waters off the sub-village of Naswe in Barangay Ipag.  Guillermo Mangayao, a staff member of the Mariveles Municipal Agriculture Office, said they have not yet determined where the oil slick originated.  Fishermen spotted about 25 liters of crude or used
