TACLOBAN CITY — A 44-year-old man tagged as the eighth most wanted person in Eastern Visayas was arrested in Valenzuela City on Tuesday for alleged sexual offenses involving a child, police said. The suspect, a resident of Biri, Northern Samar, was arrested along Tatalon Street in Barangay Ugong in a joint operation involving police units
